Shannon M. Oltmann is Associate Professor in the School of Information Science at the University of Kentucky. Research interests include information ethics and policy. Oltmann is Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Freedom and Privacy and Associate Editor of Library Quarterly. Her recent book is Practicing Intellectual Freedom in Libraries.
