    Students have learned about the importance of input in building understanding for EL learners. They have read articles about the principle of interaction. They now watch a video, taking notes as they listen, to inform them about interaction more in depth.

    Instructions

    1. Actively listen and watch the video segment about interaction.
    2. Take notes on the response sheet provided.
    3. Participate in a discussion with the class concentrating on the importance of interaction in learning and its ties with input.
